Background

Spunky is a spunky and loving little gal who originally showed up in RCR care in 2020 as a flea ridden and hungry stray. She was promptly treated and thrived in her foster home. She proved to be a real sweetheart and was quickly adopted. Unfortunately, she was recently returned by her family and is on yet another search for a forever family. While the family said she didn't get along with one of their dogs, Spunky has been doing great with the dog in her foster home and they think she fancies herself to be a dog!

Spunky has done well in a busy family environment with a dog, multiple cats and a family on the go. She has been likened to Helen of Troy, a tormented beauty, but in reality she has adjusted will to her new situation. She tends to prefer the dog in the foster home to the other cats, but she can adjust given time. She loves to receive pets and cuddles. Spunky would thrive as an only pet but has proven to be adaptable with other pets with patience. This pretty kitty is seeking her second lease on life with someone that can commit - could it be you?

Background:

Maggie is a beautiful and sweet little mama who came into care with 6 kittens and proved to be a diligent and attentive mama who is now ready for a home of her own after struggling with ongoing gastro issues. This is all behind her now and she is happy, healthy and ready for a forever home.

While Maggie struggled early on, she has done very well on a raw food diet which in turn has enabled her to blossom into a wonderful cat. Maggie is funny and sweet and playful and mischievous. She loves to sit on your lap and groom you with a little kibble here and there. Maggie is the resident greeter and is the first to welcome whoever comes by. She  loves to play and really likes the nerf balls and spring toys. She will carry them around and can be found all over the house!  Maggie loves to be petted and is open to anything you want to do - plus she has been great with the other cats in her foster home. Overall, Maggie is a very sweet and adaptable cat that will be a great addition to a cat loving family.

Background

Our beautiful friend Reign is ready to rule as king of his purr-fect family.  This sweet boy has survived hard times and now thrives in a loving foster home. Reign was rescued with a severe bone infection in his leg and we anticipated that he would require an amputation surgery. However, he's a champ and quickly showed his strength once in care! Reign has made tremendous leaps forward in his healing and amputation is not required. He has been left with arthritis though. Reign does physio exercises at home with his foster family 3 times a week and is a great sport who enjoys treats for every exercise he completes.

Reign is a playful, sweet, and loving fellow who adores a good bedtime snuggle. He has been a purrfect gentleman in his foster home and gets along with people and felines alike. In addition to his good looks, Reign is one of the sweetest cats we've ever rescued. We know that his match made in Heaven is out there and that person will be a very lucky adopter!
