Background

Beautiful Murphy sadly spent more days than needed on the streets. Murphy came into care in March 2024. He was trapped by a resident of the cathedral area and was about to be taken to the human society but thankfully we intervened and as luck would have it,  Murphy came into care and has been winning hearts ever since!

Murphy is a handsome gentle soul who is a true blessing. Murphy came into care with a swollen front paw and an X-ray was done. Thankfully there was no tumour but there was  fluid build up affecting the joint. After some vet visits (including another x-ray) signs of healing presented. While the paw was still swollen, Murphy was no longer limping.

As much as Murphy's injuries took time to heal, so did Murphy’s heart with humans! After the patience and love he so deserved (thanks to the kind family fostering him) Murphy is ready to give his best shot at a furever home!

Murphy is a very sweet and laid-back guy who gets along well with the resident cats in his foster home, but he is quite leery of dogs. Murphy likes pets, back rubs and chin scratches. He loves to cuddle with this foster day and loves to play with toys, especially wand toys. He loves his food and is always sure to let you know if his supper is late!

Background

Jaxon and is litter of five were born to an adorable mama cat, Orinda: https://www.reginacatrescue.com/pet-archive/2024/7/orinda

Jaxon is a member of the second litter of RCR kittens to be born in foster care this year, arriving on April 15th. Jaxon is one of five orange kittens born to Orinda, a sweet mama and thanks to her diligence, her little man is poised to rock the world of a lucky adoptive family.

Jaxon is the largest of this litter and is very playful and full of spunk. He loves to run, chase and practice fighting with his siblings, but as soon as he is picked up, he goes limp and loves to be cuddled. Jaxon has been handled a lot and is used to being laid on his back and cradled in a baby position. Jaxon purrs easily, is a big eater, and he has an excellent prey drive. The sweet little guy gets along well with this host kitty and other foster cats. Jaxon and all of his siblings have been extremely well socialized and will make excellent, loving companions and a welcome addition to any home. With proper introduction, Jaxon will do well with other cats but is not a fan of dogs thus far, based on recent observations. At the end of the day, Jaxon is adorable and looks exactly like his mama!

Background

Jersey is one of 5 kittens born to an adorable mama cat, Orinda: https://www.reginacatrescue.com/pet-archive/2024/7/orinda

Jersey is a member of the second litter of RCR kittens to be born in foster care this year, arriving on April 15th. She is one of five orange kittens born to Orinda, a sweet mama and thanks to her diligence, her little lady is poised to find a loving furrever home.

Beautiful Jersey is an orange and white kitten from a litter of five adorable gingers! She has a unique orange pattern on her back that resembles a jersey cow, thus her cute name. Just like a jersey cow, she has a temperament that is docile and endearing, although she loves to play hard. Jersey was handled early and often and loves to be held on her back like a baby. Jersey loves to wrestle with her siblings and will use anything as a toy. She gets along beautifully with other fosters in the house. She is a very quiet kitty, until meal time and then she will tell you that she wants food. Jersey is mostly white with an orange head, orange pattern on her back and an all orange tail. Of course, in order to truly appreciate how beautiful and special she is, you have to meet her!
