Background

Jade, along with her mama and siblings, was rescued from a life of living stray after they were discovered living in a crack inside some concrete steps. Thankfully, they were rescued and placed in a loving foster home, where the family have all thrived. Jade has blossomed into a very sweet little companion cat.

Jade is a pretty little girl with her white underside and grey tabby stripes. She loves to follow her foster mom around the house and is a big fan of cuddling. Jade can be shy at first and is a submissive cat. However, once she warms up she loves to be a quiet companion, sleeping on your lap or shoulder. When she is not with her foster mom, she is exploring, playing or napping with her sister Molly. Jade gets along with the resident cat and has also proven to be good with children. She would do well in a quiet, relaxed home.

Background

Molly, along with her mama and siblings, was rescued from a life of living stray after they were discovered living in a crack inside some concrete steps. Thankfully, they were rescued and placed in a loving foster home, where the family have all thrived. Molly has embraced life as a beloved foster kitty and is ready for a home of her own.

Pretty Molly is a super playful little girl who loves toys and she also loves to follow her foster mom around, always wanting to be close. When she is not with her foster mom she is exploring, playing, or cuddling with her sister Jade. Molly loves to cuddle but likes to sleep a little bit away from you so she can stretch out but still see you. She can be shy and cautious with visitors but is excellent with children. Molly doesn't appear to love other animals ( aside from her sibling) but could learn to live with them if gradually introduced per best practices for pet integration.

Background

Pretty Sheba and her wee kittens were living on the street in North Central, seeking shelter inside some broken concrete steps. The kittens fit but Sheba didn't so she stayed under the shrubs and had to weather the heavy rains of June out of doors. Thankfully they were rescued and placed into foster care after the lady that owned the house where they sheltered reached out to us for help to get the family placed into foster care.

Sheba is a little doll who loves people and attention, but she can get a little  over-stimulated in busy environments and can be reactive and a bit nippy.  Sheba has had limited experience with other animals.

However, Sheba is doing great in RCR care.  She is a smart, chatty and bossy little girl who loves to play and is learning to be relaxed with her foster family. She is very playful -  you should see how she flips and flies with the wand toy when it's presented to her. Sheba is learning to trust and is not as reactive as she was when first placed into care. This clever young lady enjoys time with her foster mom and knows the word gentle. She is a lovely girl,  but is likely  not a good fit with small children due to her uncertain time on the streets.
