Background

Pretty Alecia was a familiar face at one of RCR's community cat feeding stations. She was always close by to greet our volunteer feeders in hopes of some gentle words, a pet and some food. Everyone knew she needed a place to call home so Alecia was posted on lost / found pages with no claims. The poor young gal was pregnant when she came into care and was placed in foster care where she has thrived!

Alecia is a teeny, petite young lady who embodies all the favourite cat qualities that cat lovers gravitate towards! Alecia is a curious little gal who is good at keeping herself entertained. She is great with people and is very trusting and affectionate - she loves to cuddle and purr. Overall Alecia is a quiet cat but she will meow when she wants your attention. She likes her people nearby and even meows at her foster mom in the shower as she's worried she is alone again. Sweet Alecia is primed to be an excellent family pet - she just needs the right furr-ever home to come along.

Background

Pretty Indy was brought to RCR's attention when local residents became concerned about her safety after witnessing her mistreatment on the street. This little trooper has given birth to more than one litter on the streets but she is safe, happy and healthy and ready for a forever home where she will be cherished.

Indy is friendly, affectionate and good with other cats. She is pretty adaptable after her adventures as a stray, and would do well as an only cat or with others. Indy is very affectionate and loves to shuffle and enjoy chin scratches. This sweet girl is sure to light up with life of her lucky adopter.

Background

This teeny pretty princess is Zaria, a little lady who is sadly older than her years due to her time on the streets. Despite her tiny size and young age, RCR learned that this little cat gave birth to at least four litters of kittens.  She then lost her home to a fire and her owner who was left homeless, leaving Zaria and another cat with nowhere to go. Thankfully, she is now safe in foster care after going unclaimed. She is ready and waiting for a forever home.

Zaria is gradually relaxing in her foster home but is still very reactive to the other pets in the home due to maternal hormones. However, she did live with another cat at her former home. Zaria is very affectionate and loves all pets and scratches. She can get scared and defensive but who can blame her after losing everything she'd known, including her litter of kittens. Zaria is fortunate to have a patient and experienced foster home but she would thrive in a quieter home where she can be the princess she was meant to be. We know that the perfect home is just around the corner for this sweet girl.
