Background

Salt is a pretty little tabby kitty who was born to a feral mother cat. A kind citizen who looks after the mama took the kittens in when they were old enough to be separated from her, and the kittens grew into happy and healthy young cats ready for homes of their own.

Salt is a little more reserved than her sibling Pepper but she is still very friendly and loves her pets and snuggles. She loves to play and absolutely adores other cats, and is good with the dogs in the home. Salt is a bit nervous with new people at first but she doesn’t take long to warm up. Salt is sweet and a very well behaved kitten who would do great with a family with other pets in the home.

Background

Chance was rescued on a very chilly winter day when RCR was contacted by a lady cleaning a rental property in a busy area of the city known for strays. It appeared that the residents had moved out and left Chance behind. The poor guy was cold, hungry and desperately trying to get into the property that was being cleaned - likely his former home. Thankfully, Chance was picked up by an RCR volunteer & taken to the vet for safety while he awaited a foster home. Chance was an already sterilized male with no ID. Chance was posted on lost / found with no claims. He received an excellent health check and is now ready for a forever home of his own.

Chance is a friendly and sweet cat who is super happy to be rescued and was quick to snuggle up with his foster mom in bed the very first night! He has a very soft coat that just begs for pets and gets along great with the other cats in the home.  Chance loves to play with toys, especially little spring toys! He can be a bit rough when playing and isn't a good fit for homes with very young children. He is overall a total sweetheart who will make an excellent pet for an experienced cat loving family!

Background

Sweet Bianca was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time when an RCR volunteer was trying to help with another cat that a social worker had contacted us about being, suspecting  abandonment by his owner. Although there were no sightings of the poor abandoned cat, a hungry little  Bianca went into the trap and happily accepted her rescue fate!

While neighbours observed that Bianca had been living off garbage on the street (she was full of worms) she was also very close to delivering babies on the street. Bianca was posted on lost / found and with no claims she was placed in  foster care.

Bianca is a tiny sweetheart who loves cuddles and is incredibly friendly. She adores all forms of human attention. She is getting used to the other cats in the house and is starting to interact with them more after a proper separation period. Bianca loves napping in the sun and follows her foster mama around, asking for attention. She is a talkative little gal who loves to chat about her day!
