Background

Hulk was one of our most heartbreaking rescues of the winter. It was hard to watch him trudging through the snow, braving -30 temperatures looking for warmth and food to survive. Hulk had his share of battle wounds but had the will to survive. After evading rescue many times, we weren't sure what Hulk’s temperament would be but he made us happy when he turned out to be one of the sweetest cats ever. Note: Hulk was an unsterilized male with no ID and posted on the lost / found sites with no claims. He had to overcome several abscessed wounds that needed to be drained and cleaned along with courses of antibiotics. Hulk had facial swelling of the lower mandibular area and needed a dental surgery to have one of his upper canines removed. We believe Hulk had a tough life on the streets prior to his rescue. His story is of strength & determination!

Since being placed in care, Hulk made up for last time by displaying his many charms. He is a laid back and relaxed cat who is always snoozing somewhere, whether that’s the dog bed that’s way too big for him, stretched out on the floor, on top of the couch, or cuddling with the dogs. When he wants pets, which is most of the time, Hulk will let you know by letting out a meow and crawling on your lap, coveting chin scratches! He absolutely loves being brushed and chuffs his appreciation. Hulk is guaranteed to be your little sidekick and will follow you everywhere. He will be sure to greet you when get home from work. Hulk a enjoys chilling in the backyard with his foster family, and is always sure to at put his harness on to stay safe. Hulk definitely likes to relax more than he likes to play, but he does run around and chase toys. Hulk quickly learned that he likes dogs and he lets them lick his ears and and enjoys playing with them. Hulk would most likely prefer to be an only cat but he does well with dogs. Hulk is the absolute best buddy to have around and is sure to adore his new family!
