Background

Little Devina was found roaming under cars in the Costco parking lot at the east end of the city. A kind citizen recognized her plight and scooped her up from the parking lot, and reached out to RCR for help. While Devina was wearing a tattered sparkly collar, she had no ID, was not sterilized and no-one claimed her via RCR's lost / found posts. Thus she was placed in foster care and has thrived. 

Devina is one of RCR's sweetest most grateful little darlings! She is a very loving cat who is constantly purring and making biscuits with her people. She will be sure to let you now what she wants and meows loudly if you don't pet her. Devina loves to be cuddled and will climb onto anyone's lap. She is more than prepared to let you know what he wants lol  (loud meows if you don’t pet her LOL).  Devina loves to play and is sure to be always by your side. She has all the potential in the world to be an excellent cat companion with another cat companion with a proper, gradual introduction.
