Background

Allan is a new rescue that checks all the boxes and is a full meal deal!  He is loving, fun, handsome and an all around sweet boy.  Allan came into RCRs care when he was the unlucky (or should we say a lucky) stray cat that was trapped while a RCR volunteer was trying to catch another cat.  He had been relying on and living at an RCR colony for some time. Allan was posted and went unclaimed.

Allan is a laid back who loves everything and everyone. He loves all types of food, toys, people and cats.  He does tend to be a little too energetic at times so not all the cats think he is cool when they are chilling and he is not and just wants to run and play chase, so he can get him into trouble sometimes with his energetic attitude especially with the older cats in his foster home. Nevertheless, he will make an awesome addition to a cat loving forever home. Allan is a sweet boy who will jump on your lap, flop out, snuggle, purr, smush his face into yours and want to hang out for some loving!  What's not to love!

Background

Stunning Owen is a wonderful little cat who showed up cold, hungry and severely matted on an acreage just outside Regina that has seen their share of rescues! Thankfully they reached out quickly and we were able to place this special cat into foster care where he has been busy wining hearts.

Owen LOVES affection and people and always wants to be close to you! He is very fond of his food and loves running around playing and exploring. He’s good with cats but scared of the dogs. However, with slow proper introduction over time he would adapt and be okay with canine friends. This stunning cat has been quick to win hearts and he has a huge fan club. Owen is a long-haired cat that will require regular brushing and grooming to maintain is luxurious coat. This special fellow is sure to light up the life of his lucky adopter.

Owen is a fabulous kitty. He is soooo sweet and extremely cuddly. He likes being picked up and will put his paws around your shoulders and nuzzle into your neck. He is not discerning or shy, and will happily accept affection from family, guests, and kids (including toddlers). Owen was nervous about the resident dog at first but with lots of treats and positive/neutral exposure he calmed down, and will now lay next to dog on the couch.

Temperament: Shy but sweet and cuddly - a perfect Netflix buddy

Background

Handsome Zorro was discovered living stray in the yard of an elderly couple in Regina who cared for him and reached out for help. It turned out that Zorro had an owner but she had no interest in taking him back. Zorro was placed in foster care and is thriving and ready for a new forever home!

Zorro is a lovely fellow who once had a home but was callously discarded to the streets and ended up dehydrated and anemic. Thankfully, Zorro thrived after some basic vet care and is more than ready to join a forever family. He is a very sweet but shy guy who doesn’t like a lot of loud noise but he does love  a sweet soft meow! When he is comfortable, he loves to cuddle and especially enjoys neck scratches from his human.  Zorro has a huge purr and likes to play with his Santa on a stick but hasn’t really taken to other balls/toys. Zorro loves to be cozy at night and to sleep with his human foster brother.  He likes to hang out on the couch during Netflix binge sessions and would do well in a house without small children but he loves older kids. Zorro is a street rescue with some history of trauma. He hides when he is scared or uncomfortable but every day he gets more comfortable with change. He loves his water fountain and has a hearty appetite. All Zorro needs now to enjoy his golden years is a forever home of his own!
