Background

They say no good deed goes unpunished and a well meaning family found this out the hard way when they rescued a couple of unsterilized kittens and ended up with an unexpected litter on their hands. They reached out for help to get vet care and adoption support and Rosie is on the hunt for loving forever homes!

Rosie is truly a gem! This sweet young cat is affectionate, even tempered, and loves to be the center of your world. Rosie will do best with older kids, as she does love to chase younger kids, thinking it's fun. Rosie is very playful and energetic, but will happily snuggle up next to you on the couch at night. She does well with dogs and other cats.

Sydney is a high energy little gal who would love to be your sidekick!  She loves to sit beside you, she shows her affection by being near you and being part of the conversation - she hates to be left out. While she isn't exactly cuddly Sydney will happily snuggle up to you at night to keep you warm which is super important as the overnight temps drop. Sydney loves the dogs in her foster home and is never far away from them. She is also good with other cats, making her a great choice for a pet loving family with existing pets.

Background

Spunky is a spunky and loving little gal who originally showed up in RCR care in 2020 as a flea ridden and hungry stray. She was promptly treated and thrived in her foster home. She proved to be a real sweetheart and was quickly adopted. Unfortunately, she was recently returned by her family and is on yet another search for a forever family. While the family said she didn't get along with one of their dogs, Spunky has been doing great with the dog in her foster home and they think she fancies herself to be a dog!

Spunky has done well in a busy family environment with a dog, multiple cats and a family on the go. She has been likened to Helen of Troy, a tormented beauty, but in reality she has adjusted will to her new situation. She tends to prefer the dog in the foster home to the other cats, but she can adjust given time. She loves to receive pets and cuddles. Spunky would thrive as an only pet but has proven to be adaptable with other pets with patience. This pretty kitty is seeking her second lease on life with someone that can commit - could it be you?
