Background

Anastasia is a black beauty who is with RCR for a second time. Originally rescued from one of RCR's feeding colonies in Regina's north central neighbourhood, Anastasia thrived in foster care and was adopted in early 2011. Now back with RCR Anastasia is in a new foster home and is slowly returning to the kitty who left her foster home.

Very timid when she came back to us, Anastasia is beginning to come out of her shell and return to the outgoing, fun loving kitty she was when she was adopted. She is still timid and shy when she meets new people, however, once she gets to know you, she is a curious and playful girl. She does enjoy being petted, but she's not one to come looking for it. When her foster mom goes to Ana to give her affection, she's only too happy to soak it up. At night, Anastasia has begun to go snuggle with her foster mom in bed.

Ana is a sweet girl who needs a second chance with a family who will give her the space to blossom into the kitty she was before her first adoption. With patience and acceptance the family who does adopt Ana will gets a sweet girl who is goofy, loves to play with cat nip toys, enjoys a good window view and who enjoys love and affection from her family.
