Background

Tootsie is a beautiful and loving young cat who happened to land on the radar screen of an RCR foster who was very concerned due to her engorged state and belief that she was pregnant. It turned out upon a vet appointment that Tootsie was not pregnant but had likely given birth in the recent past. Unfortunately, she was not claimed by an owner and remained in foster care. She is now ready for a forever home of her own, 

Tootsie is a very friendly and affectionate young lady who quickly made herself at home and bonded with her foster family. She is just so happy to be safe, cared for and loved that she can work with a busy multi-pet foster home. Tootsie is laid back, affectionate and easily adaptable to other pets. She is the full meal deal and her luck adoptive family will be blessed to have her.
