Background:

Katherine and her kittens were discovered living downtown under a sea can that neighboured a local business that expressed concern for the family. We treated this as an urgent rescue situation: It's been a Cruel Summer for Rescued Cats — Regina Cat Rescue

Thanks to a diligent volunteer who ensured a timely rescue of Katherine and family and a willing foster home, we were able to get the family to safety and the family is ready to meet forever homes! 

Katherine is a lovely cat with a beautiful temperament. She loves to play and easily amuses herself and is crazy affectionate. She will sit on your lap and happily accept pats and scratches. Katherine loves being brushed too! She will be shy at first, but she will come around fast and will be the most loyal and loving cat. Katherine  is happy to be an only cat  but is also really really good with dogs and cats. She is a great fit for any pet loving family.
