Background
Pretty Heather is a recent rescue who came into care after having at least one litter of kittens on the street. The kind people feeding her wanted to be sure she got her chance at a happy ending and contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help in getting her a home. Heather has done well since being placed in foster care.
Heather is a social young lady who follows her foster parents around the house when she wants scratches or food, which is very endearing. She has lots of energy and loves the other cats in the home. Heather would likely do okay as an only cat but she is definitely a good fit for another friendly cat who needs a playmate. She made fast friends with one of her foster siblings and has been totally unconcerned about the other cat who still has not taken a liking to her. Heather is a very affectionate cat who loves to rub your legs and receive scritches, but prefers not to be picked up.She is fostered in a home with a baby and is becoming used to the little fellow. She is curious but also quick to give him his space. Heather is a sweet, smart and affectionate cat who is an ideal pet for a family with or without other pets.
