Background
Harvey was discovered stray and searching for food at a Regina Cat Rescue community cat colony. It’s suspected that he’d been abandoned by his owners. After caring for him for several months, an RCR volunteer realized that Harvey had potential to be a loving pet and so he was scooped and placed into foster care. Although he was very shy in the beginning, Harvey has learned to trust people again and promises to make a wonderful cat companion.
Harvey’s a gentle and sweet fellow who gained confidence day by day with the patient care by his foster family. Like many abandoned strays, Harvey likes to eat and food is a sure way to win his heart. He gets along well with the other cat in his foster home, and would be a great fit for a family looking for a friend for an existing cat. Harvey doesn’t like to be held, but he likes to be with people and enjoys attention and affection. Harvey has come a long way from his days on the street and now all he needs is a home of his own to complete his journey.
