Background

Abba and China are a mother-daughter duo who were found stray and struggling against the winter cold. Both were very shy when first rescued, but have come a long way in foster care.

Abba and China are very close and love each other’s company. They enjoy eating, playing and grooming each other.

Abba’s curious and follows her foster mom around the house. She’s happy to engage in play at a safe distance and when she’s sleepy she’ll accept pets and being brushed. She’s not comfortable being held quite yet. China’s shy and prefers to sit back and watch all the action and enjoys exploring at a distance. Both Abba and Chine love treats. They are very gentle, quiet and very easy to care for. They communicate by chattering to each, which is quite special to see!

This duo does require a patient and loving home to give them to warm up, but also who’s happy to have a pair of great animals who are so thankful for the good life indoors@

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for Regina Cat Rescue rescued cats and kittens.
