Background
Winnie is a sweet soul who came to RCR in rough shape and on the verge of being euthanized due to a wobbly walk and symptoms that were thought to be neurological. Thanks to a small group of people who raised donations to help Winnie, RCR was able to have her vetted and it was discovered that she had suffered a broken collar bone, which was only partially healed. She went through rehabilitative therapy and is now healthy and happy, although she does have some nerve damage from the trauma that causes spasms.
Winnie adapted very well to her multi-pet foster home that includes a friendly dog and several cats. She enjoys attention from her human friends as well, and is an easygoing and social cat who would be fine on her own or with other pets. Winnie is as active and playful as any other young cat, and is ready for a home of her own that will love her and keep her safe. She deserves a happy ending after her rough start.
