Background

When Blanche was rescued she was so severely underweight that she was hours away from death. Thankfully a kind person found her and she received the vet care she needed. Little by little she gained weight and strength. Today she is a happy healthy girl who is looking for a loving home that will never let her end up in the state she was rescued in.

Blanche loves to play and can usually be found chasing some toy around her foster home. She slowly made friends with the other cats in her foster home, as well as the large breed dogs and would learn to be friends with both in her forever home. Blanche loves attention, but it has to be on her terms. She doesn't like being picked up or held, but once you are comfortable on the couch, Blanche will plop herself down on your lap and purr while you pet her.

This beauty has come a long way since her rescue and she has so much love to share with a forever family.

Blanche's teeth were removed due to stomatitis - you can read more about her surgery here - so she'll need soft food in her forever home.
