Background
On a cold Sunday night, Aspen was seen running across a busy road then ducking under parked cars trying to find a warm engine to curl up on. Thankfully the woman who spotted Aspen was concerned about her and coaxed her out from under a car, then took Aspen to a nearby neighbour who is an RCR foster home.
Aspen slowly adjusted to life as a foster in a home with several other cats as well as the resident Lab X. Though she tolerates the other cats in her foster home, Aspen would love to be the only kitty in her forever home. She is a very sweet girl though and enjoys getting pets and chin scratches from her foster mom. She will happily snuggle up with her foster mom for some one-on-one time, and purrs to show how happy she is to be safe and warm indoors.
