Background
Far too often, when cats are not longer wanted, they are driven just outside of Regina and dumped on farms assuming they will survive. Sadly, this is likely what happened with Manny. A volunteer’s parents noticed Manny one day and began feeding him. When it became obvious that he was tame, calls were made and Manny became an RCR foster.
This sweet fellow quickly stole the hearts of the vet staff where he was first dropped off, then every RCR volunteer to meet him since. With his gentle personality and his snuggly side, it’s hard not to lose your heart when you meet him. Manny quickly made friends with the dog in his foster home and it’s not uncommon to see the dog grooming Manny. Manny is taking his time making friends with the other cats and would prefer to be the only feline in his forever home.
