Background
When the “owner” of this healthy boy decided he was too old and he didn’t want him anymore, the owner took Chirp into a local vet clinic to have him euthanized. Thankfully the vet felt that this healthy boy deserved a second chance and had the owner surrender him to RCR’s care.
It took Chirp a few days to settle into his new foster home but with the help of another foster cat, he has adjusted well. Chirp is "super affectionate," according to his foster parents, and enjoys gets pets and snuggles. He is fostered with two medium sized dogs and have grown used to them though he'd be happy if his forever home was dog free. He is good with the other cats in the house and still has a bit of playful energy from time to time when he gets wrestling with the other cats.
