Injured and Mistreated Kitten Gets Second Chance

This cute little fellow is Scamp, a 6-month old kitten who is young but has already experienced a lot of hardship in his short life.  He was found on the street and rescued by one of our foster moms 2 nights ago. She realized that he had serious injuries, likely from being hit by a car, and that he needed help.

Scamp currently has an injured, possibly broken leg and toes along with some skin abrasions and bald patches. He has had a broken pelvis at some point that has started to heal over. In addition, someone deliberately pulled out all of the hair above one of his eyebrows.

Scamp is currently receiving much needed vet care and enjoying the snuggles, cozy bed and good food provided by his foster home. We are grateful that this little guy was found when he was and is able to get a second chance at a true forever home.
