Joey is a young Himalayan cross who was found seeking refuge from the cold under the deck of a kind family who fed him and quickly realized this sweet and friendly boy was not cut out for the street life. Joey was neutered today, and had to be shaved due to severe matting, but he was calm and cuddly throughout his adventures today. He likes being safe and warm!
Jersey (solid black) is a tame young male who has been seeking food and shelter at a busy PFA feeding station for the last several weeks. It isn't easy being the new guy on the block, especially when you are used to having a home and Jersey bears the scars of his time on the street as he is full of scabs and scars, the price he paid for seeking food and shelter. Thankfully, Jersey was picked up by feral team volunteers just as the brutal weather was about to hit last week. He is negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency viruses, neutered, vaccinated and ready for his second chance at a loving home.
Finally, we have the beautiful Teacup, a stunning Himalayan cross female that PFA rescued and spayed last winter. Teacup was adopted by a nice lady who loves cats. However, she apparently doesn't love Saskatchewan winters as she went on a trip to South America recently and decided not to return, leaving behind several cats, including Teacup.
All three cats are sterilized, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. For more info on Joey, Jersey, or Teacup, please contact us at pfasask@gmail.com.
