Spencer comes in out of the cold!

With temperatures last week in the -40's it's amazing that this little fellow managed to survive. PFA was contacted by the Salvation Army when Spencer let himself into the building along with the other people trying to escape the severe cold. Unfortunately the shelter was not able to keep him, though the woman who spotted his dash through the door wished she could.

Other than a bad case of ear mites, Spencer seems to have escaped the extreme cold unscathed. He has been placed in a foster home where he is enjoying being indoors and doesn't venture far from the heat register.
