Teeny but Terrific Tazmin

Last week, right before the August long week-end, PFA got word of a sweet, tame female that had been rescued in the Rosemont area.

The lady who rescued her didn't want to send her to an already overloaded humane society but couldn't keep her due to an asthmatic child.

She contacted us for help with this tiny girl and we couldn't turn her away.

Tazmin was very emaciated and dehydrated upon rescue, and is underweight and anemic. We thought we had a senior cat with health issues such as diabetes or hyperthyroidism  on our hands. Fortunately, she is a young cat at only 18 months, and she is very sweet and loving.

She is eating well and making good progress in her current foster home, but would love to be an only cat, or in a home with only 1-2 other pets.

She is a spunky and affectionate little cat and deserves a loving home. Please contact us if you might be interested in fostering or adopting Tazmin!
